- Why are there two prices?
- The mirror is a hardware purchase — the price shown is an estimate until launch. The LUX cloud — booking, styling, fleet management and updates — is billed separately, per seat on Booking or per mirror on Mirror.
- Do I have to buy a mirror to use LUX?
- No. Booking is software only — calendar, clients, team and payments — and needs no hardware at all. Add a mirror later on Mirror whenever you're ready.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Booking seats and Mirror mirror counts can change any time, pro-rated.
- What is the difference between Booking and Mirror?
- Booking is the salon software on its own, priced per seat. Mirror is the device cloud for a LUX mirror, priced per mirror.
- Do you offer non-profit or beauty-school pricing?
- Yes — write us. We support a handful of cosmetology programs every year at a substantial discount.
